Pennoni is hiring full-time and part-time Precast Concrete Inspector’s for offsite fabrication inspection at precast and prestressed concrete plants located in the Northeastern United States (CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT). Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - In-plant quality assurance inspection of precast and prestressed concrete highway and bridge materials for various transportation agencies. - Sampling and testing of plastic concrete may be required - Monitoring work for compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications - Attend meetings and communicate with fabricators, clients and engineers - Produce daily written shop reports Required Attributes: - Minimum Education: High School Diploma - PCI Level I, II or III Certification - ACI Grade 1 Concrete Field Testing Technician Certification - Good written and verbal communication skills - Must be able to work well independently and with others - Need reliable transportation - Must be able to work construction schedules, which may include overtime as necessary to meet project/client schedules - Precast concrete or reinforced concrete experience Preferred Attributes: - NETTCP Certificat...
