Job Summary: Essential Duties Prepare and execute lease paperwork and maintain compliant files Open the office and ensure model/vacant apartments are show-ready Deliver impeccable customer service and respond to resident concerns Coordinate property maintenance and resolve resident issues Conduct move-in inspections and assist with lease renewals Walk and inspect community grounds weekly Show apartments, process applications, and explain lease terms Maintain amenity areas Shop competitors and perform outreach marketing Non-Essential Duties: Support resident engagement efforts and special events Attend & participate in all company meetings, events & trainings The qualified candidate will have: Six months to 2 years of prev...
