Job Summary: IT Quality Assurance manager role is responsible for the overall Quality Assurance team effectiveness and development and maintenance of proficient QA practices and processes across the IT solution delivery to various clients. This role is required to be champion and gatekeeper of the quality control to ensure the end-result meets the design and requirements expectations of the business experience in the quality control. The ideal candidate is high-energy, reliable, and a business value-driven professional whose expertise and strong leadership skills will be necessary for the continuous improvement in the solution delivery goals.
