In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a warm welcome, introducing them to our service offerings, and scheduling their first service appointment. The Service Advisor Apprentice serves as the liaison between the customer and the Service department. You'll be responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers. When not greeting customers in person, you will be making outbound calls scheduling appointments, taking incoming calls which is vital in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that customers' needs are met.
