Senior Project Engineer

Job description

The Role We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to provide comprehensive applications/project engineering support for our distributed energy and microgrid projects. Our projects typically include managing a variety of DER and microgrid assets such as solar, energy storage, controls, and reciprocating engines. You will report to our VP of Project Engineering and Preconstruction and will work a hybrid schedule out of one of our offices in Ridgewood, NJ, NYC, Oakland, CA, or Santa Monica, CA. Key responsibilities will include: - Utilize your strong technical and communication skills to interface with all aspects of the business and customers. - Work extensively with our execution (project management) team to deliver turn-key solutions for our customers within budget and per schedule. - Work with the business development, execution, and commercial teams on specific projects to ensure the integration of the microgrid is technically correct, practical, and cost-effective.
