Desktop Administrator Marshall Health Network, Inc. Position Summary: Marshall Health Network is seeking a Desktop Administrator to support and enhance our end-user computing environment. Reporting to the Director of IS Service Management, this role is responsible for the administration, standardization, deployment, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, and other endpoint devices across the organization. This position plays a key role in delivering a secure, consistent, and high-quality technology experience for clinicians and staff. The Desktop Administrator will collaborate closely with Service Desk, Clinical Informatics, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable endpoint operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical lead for endpoint management, including desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and select mobile devices - Administer and support endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune and related tools) - Develop and maintain standard device configurations, security baselines, and deployment processes - Manage endpoint patching, OS upgrades, and device lifecycle (including Windows 10/11 environments) - Test and validate...
