This position leads Hourly employees within the area of responsibility with functional, technical, and engineering guidance from the Unit Manager as needed. Responsible for initiating and facilitating the implementation of teaming, plant modernization, continuous improvement, and Certified Assembly Manufacturing (CAM) activities at the shop floor level. Incumbents might be assigned second and third-shift operations with limited immediate direction.
