Description The Director for Public Health Programs is responsible for developing and supporting future public health leaders through an innovative and disruptive public health specialization and fellowship in response to enhancing the inclusion of formerly incarcerated individuals in the field of public health. The prison is a location of Bard Prison Initiatives (BPI) courses rather than the subject matter of those courses, which reflect the breadth of liberal arts education on the main campus of Bard College. This position does not include an opportunity to conduct research within the prisons or to approach students as research subjects.
