We’re now looking for a Payroll Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. What You'll Do: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for a workforce of ~4,000 employees across Australia. Responsibilities include: - Process weekly and assist with fortnightly payroll cycles - Manage payroll adjustments, terminations, and one-off payments - Ensure accurate tax calculations across allowances, bonuses, and deductions - Set up new starters and manage employee data in SAP ECP and EC (SuccessFactors) - Process timesheets and reconcile leave balances - Support general ledger reconciliations and month-end reporting - Respond to employee payroll queries with a strong custome...
