GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversees the management of daily operations of a District of 6 restaurants and in addition, manages a District Manager who will directly oversee 6-7 restaurants; between these 2 functions, you will be responsible for the performance of 12-13 restaurants. Grows sales and profits by improving customer satisfaction and human resource management objectives. Mentors employees and consistently grows talent within the organization. Ensures objectives are achieved while operating within all Company guidelines and following ethical business practices. Creates and maintains a “Delight Every Customer.” environment.
