Position Overview MetroSys is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support and manage infrastructure across a diverse client base. This role focuses on maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise systems while delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple environments, with strong experience in Microsoft technologies, infrastructure operations, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and support Windows Server environments , endpoints, and core infrastructure systems across multiple clients - Manage Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP , and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers, endpoints, and networks - Apply patching, updates, and security configurations to maintain system integrity and compliance - Support Azure environments and assist with Microsoft 365 configuration and optimization - Assist with or lead infrastructure projects , including server deployments, upgrades, and M365 implementations - Troubleshoot issues acr...
