Minimum qualifications: - JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. - Experience in commercial real estate law, including leasing, financing, construction, design, or development. - Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located. Preferred qualifications: - Experience negotiating complex financing structures. - Experience as lead counsel for large-scale land acquisitions and assemblages, including mastery of complex PSAs, option agreements, and the navigating of zoning and entitlement processes for mission-critical sites. - Proven track record of managing the legal lifecycle of multi-billion dollar "build-to-suit" projects. - Deep expertise in negotiating EPC, design-build, and development agreements for specialized infrastructure.
