This role combines childcare, household support, and logistics management. The ideal candidate is warm, upbeat, reliable, and takes initiative—while also being open to direction and constructive feedback. We are looking for someone who brings discipline, consistency, and structure, and who is firm but kind, able to hold boundaries while maintaining a nurturing environment. This is a dynamic role that blends childcare and family assistant responsibilities. We have a housekeeper, so the focus is on daily maintenance, organization, and keeping the home running smoothly—not deep cleaning.
