POSITION SUMMARY: Join Constellis as a Recruiter, where you will lead full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned programs and projects in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. This role requires a strong consultative recruiter who can conduct high‑quality prescreenings, deeply understand position and project requirements, and actively guide hiring managers through an agile, compliant recruiting process without compromising candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong bias for action, operates with discipline and accuracy and consistently balances speed, quality, compliance, and transparency.
