Salary Range: $29.00-31.00/hr + shift differential + eligibility for annual incentive bonuses Shift: Processing Lead - 2nd shift Position Overview: The Surface Finishing Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the finishing department including wet processing, painting, masking/unmasking, and part marking activities for aerospace metal fittings. This role ensures quality, safety, and production standards are met, while providing hands-on support, guidance, and training to department personnel. Key Responsibilities: ' Lead and coordinate the workflow for wet processing (e.g., chemical processing, anodizing, plating), painting, masking/unmasking, and part marking activities. ' Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet internal and customer specifications. ' Provide hands-on support in finishing operations as needed to meet production demands. ' Train and mentor finishing department personnel in techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols. ' Ensure adherence to customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
