Job DetailsJob Location: GA Atlanta 2 - Smyrna, GA 30082Job Description An integral part of US Med-Equip, The Regional Operations Manager is accountable for managing the operational processes for multiple locations in the US Med-Equip structure. Employee will have the ability to work independently, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Employee will be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a personable and effective manner. Job Responsibilities: Recruiting, hiring, and training Team Leader staff to ensure company operations are performed adequately and customer satisfaction is achieved Supports the companys revenue growth goals by interacting with the appropriate Regional Sales Director(s) and Business Development Representative(s) to ensure locations are prepared and equipped to service partners effectively Manages costs including payroll, vehicle, and supplies to ensure optimal profit for location The Regional Operations Manager will be the point person for instituting company policies and initiatives.
