Key Responsibilities: Performing Repairs: - Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brakes, air conditioning, and electrical systems. - Follow dealership specifications and manufacturer standards for repairs. - Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to test-drive vehicles and troubleshoot problems. - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. - Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors. Customer Interaction: - Communicate directly with service advisors about additional service needs and repair timelines. - Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients in a clear and understandable manner. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Warranty Work: - Execute warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards. Other Duties: - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow safety procedures and guidelines. - Stay up-to-date on the latest Lincoln vehicle technology and repair techniques.
