Mission As a Recruitment Intern within ING Bank, you will have the opportunity to learn and understand the full recruitment process end‑to‑end, while supporting the Sales Network Recruitment team in day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities. Through hands‑on involvement, you will gain practical exposure to each stage of the hiring cycle, contribute to creating a positive candidate experience, and develop strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills. About the team: You’ll join a collaborative and supportive recruitment team that works closely with the Sales Network and many other business areas across ING.
