Join our Tax Operations team in Frankfurt and take on a role where your work directly strengthens the client experience and the firm’s regulatory excellence. As a Tax Operations Associate, you’ll support German and Swiss clients with timely, accurate tax service—owning client requests from first contact through resolution and ensuring critical tax information and documentation is managed with precision. You’ll execute core tax operations processes and controls, support relief at source and retrospective reclaim activities, and help clients stay ahead of outstanding or expiring documentation. Working closely with cross-functional partners and our global tax team, you’ll apply your knowledge of German depot bank tax duties, the German Investment Tax Act, and international source tax to identify risks early, solve issues efficiently, and continuously improve operational processes.
