The role: As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of strategic embedded finance partners. This role is equal parts relationship management, commercial ownership , product expansion and operational excellence. You will act as the primary point of contact for each partner - ensuring they deliver strong merchant engagement, achieve revenue goals, maintain operational quality, and expand the partnership into new product lines and merchant segments. You maximise the value of each partnership by driving sustainable, long-term commercial performance across the full merchant lifecycle , not just initial originations.
