Description GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician II in Madera and Firebaugh, CA, come join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance functions across our Madera and Firebaugh communities (150 total units) , including unit turns, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the overall appearance of the properties, including residential common areas, office spaces, grounds, and parking lots. Your work will play a key role in ensuring the communities are well maintained and operate in alignment with ownership and management objectives. This position is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM , with a pay range of $22.50–$23.50 per hour . Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between assigned communities.
