Position Overview: The Site Manager / Senior Contractor Representative is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing on-site personnel, and ensuring successful contract performance in support of government programs. This role serves as the primary on-site liaison between the organization, senior leadership, and Government representatives to ensure operational effectiveness, compliance, and mission success.
