Role Summary Anthropologie is seeking a Sample Manager that will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the furniture sample storage building. This role is an essential part of the growing furniture business at Anthropologie, responsible for managing the flow of samples in and out of our Navy Yard headquarters. Role Responsibilities: - Sample Inventory Management: tracking, organizing, and maintaining the inventory of all furniture and decor samples - Track incoming samples and update necessary teams as needed, communicate with carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups - Receive in new samples, pulling and putting away samples to/from photo shoots (both on location and on campus), pulling and putting away samples for on campus reviews - Unbox and assemble new samples - Handle samples with care to avoid damages - Check samples in/out and ensure digital library system is updated, keep accurate records of sample locations - Maintain a clean and organized facility - Track sample damages and shrink percentage - Communication with cross functional partners (buying, production, studio, etc) - Request and oversee labor work orders to complete tasks as needed - Support cross f...
