Description Cornerstone Family Healthcare is a patient-focused Federally Qualified Health Center located in the Hudson Valley Regions of upstate New York – just 70 miles north of New York City. We are currently searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help build and grow our brand-new Urgent Care in Middletown, NY .
