About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Superintendent to lead, coordinate load out operations, asset readiness, maintenance scheduling, and facilities management. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient load out execution, safe and compliant operations, optimal equipment utilisation, and effective supervision of personnel. You will play a critical role in supporting project delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
