Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a pod-based team of Account Managers operating in an agile delivery model, setting priorities, establishing operating rhythms, and ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional partners including Sales, Media Planning, Ad Operations, Creative, and Insights. - Serve as the primary strategic and executive-level point of contact for top-tier clients post-sale, owning senior stakeholder relationships and guiding complex, high-impact engagements. - Own overall client relationship health across assigned accounts, with accountability for satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth outcomes. - Translate sold-in investments into integrated, outcome-driven strategies that align client business objectives with Lowe’s Media Network capabilities and measurement frameworks. - Provide consultative leadership and strategic oversight to Media Planning, Ad Operations, Creative, and Insights teams, ensuring campaigns are designed, launched, and optimized in alignment with client strategy. - Identify, shape, and drive renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities in close partnership with Sales leadership, influencing growth strategy and supporting deal e...
