Team Lead, Shipping & Receiving Position Summary: A shipping lead oversees shipping operations, managing inventory, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipments. Key responsibilities include handling Hazmat Dangerous Goods, managing ERP databases, supervising material handlers, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining warehouse inventory. They also prepare necessary shipping documents, including those for hazardous materials and international orders. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.
