Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB: This is an entry-level / early-career role with structured onboarding and close collaboration with senior colleagues. In this role, you will work closely with retail clients in the Tech & Durables and FMCG sector, helping them better understand their business, markets, and opportunities through NielsenIQ insights. As a Junior Customer Success Consultant, you will learn how to support client decision-making, turn data into clear stories, and build long‑term customer relationships — all with the guidance of experienced colleagues and structured training. RESPONSIBILITIES: Client support & relationships: Managing retailer relationships (with support): Participate in client meetings, governance calls, and follow-ups Help monitor customer satisfaction and key health metrics (e.g. NPS) Insights & analysis: Use NielsenIQ tools to analyze market, category, and customer data Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders Contribute to Joint Business Plans by supporting analysis and tracking progress Collaboration & growth: Identify potential client needs during day-to-day interactions and share opportunities with Acc...
