Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Technical Support Representative I based remotely in the continental US. The Technical Support Representative I is responsible for providing technical support to dormakaba customers for their software and for their hotel door locking system. This is done by performing a diagnosis while guiding users step by step towards solutions. This person is also responsible for issuing authorization for product returns. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $20a - $24 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do: - Answer incoming calls and create Salesforce case tickets - Identify hardware and software issues by troubleshooting symptoms - Identify and escalate priority issues - Accurately enter customer queries into the company’s database - Issue RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) for product repair and evaluation What we require: - 2+ years’ experience in technical support/troubleshooting - Experience in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Vis...
