Description Position Summary: The Service Porter / Assistant Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in the service department. This position supports Service Advisors while ensuring vehicles are moved, prepared, and returned efficiently and professionally. This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals interested in growing into a full Service Advisor position. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle & Service Drive Support: - Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival - Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely - Perform basic vehicle write-up support (mileage, VIN, concerns) - Conduct walk-around inspections and note visible issues - Install seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers - Maintain organization and flow in the service drive and lot Assistant Service Advisor Duties: - Assist Service Advisors with repair order preparation - Communicate basic service updates to customers as directed - Verify customer contact information and service needs - Schedule follow-up appointments when needed - Support customer check-out and vehicle delivery process Vehicle & Facility Care: - Ensure vehicles are clean and pres...
