You will provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial and financing matters, supporting a complex, high-profile infrastructure project. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and external advisers, ensuring legal risk is effectively managed while enabling business objectives.
