Traditionally called 'Support Worker' Our participant mentorship focuses on providing personalised guidance and support around the clock. - As a Participant Mentor you’ll play a vital role in guiding individuals through their journey toward independence, resilience, and personal growth. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support tailored to each participant’s unique needs and goals.
