Job description

As Marqeta’s Analyst on the PNO Announcements, Compliance and Enhancements team you will facilitate multiple aspects of the payments network communication lifecycle, including customer and partner reporting, issue management, and communication organization. You’ll be collaborating closely with the Marqeta extended team, including Network and Bank Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Compliance, Legal, Technology. Payment Network Operations (PNO) is a foundational function to ensure that Marqeta is operationally ‘paving the road’ for our Customers through our network partners, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and others. Our business model thrives on the infrastructures established by these payment networks, necessitating our team's expertise to foster and deepen these invaluable partnerships and open the door to the payments ecosystem for our customers. This role will be performed in a hybrid work model (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite) from our Warsaw office. We’d love for you to join us!
