Job DetailsJob Location: Tri County YMCA - Menomonee Falls, WI 53051Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $47,500.00 - $49,000.00 SalaryGENERAL FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Aquatics Director is responsible for planning, development, supervision, and administration of all aquatic programming. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures that daily care of members is a key priority through supervision of aquatics staff. Responsible for recruitment, training, and scheduling of aquatics staff as well as planning for continuous training program for staff. This includes lifeguards and swim instructors. Develop strategies to recruit staff, onboard and develop them for success. Conducts lifeguarding, swim instruction, First Aid and CPR trainings. Ensures records of staff certifications are current and complete. Ensures programs and services meet community needs. Supervise existing program activities, establish, and expand programs as needed. Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information. Monitors daily pool operations to adhere to all state, local and YMCA health and safety regulations.
