Job description

Examines, compares, and evaluates geolocation evidence in legal matters requiring specialization technical work in the analysis, preparation, and presentation of exhibits and demonstrative aids. Acts as a subject matter expert, presents oral and/or written reports, and testifies as an expert witness in court proceedings. 1. Identifies, extracts, and analyzes location data from diverse sources, including but not limited to cell phones, tablets, vehicles, drones, cameras, Google location data, smart watches, smart trackers (e.g., air tags), navigation systems, smart apps, and healthcare monitors. 2. Gathers and scrutinizes location data from various sources to establish the presence of devices at specific locations during relevant times related to criminal cases. 3. Evaluates and interprets location data, ensuring its accuracy and reliability. Verifies the authenticity of the data and presents validated findings in a clear and precise manner. 4.
