Job Description Summary Aero Alliance is looking for a passionate Quality Leader for Aero Alliance Europe Shops, based in Avenza (Carrara) and Norway. The role is intended to be performed on site from Avenza site.The aim is to drive customer satisfaction with our products and services, aiming at building long-term loyalty by partnering with customers to achieve mutual success. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Ensuring the delivery of products or services that meet or exceed customer expectations consistently. Lead Quality Control and Assurance team. Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with all relevant external certifications (ISO) and perform internal audits to ensure alignment to QMS. Take action to assess, simplify, and sustainably improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System to enhance our products, services, processes, and technologies. Point of reference for all company areas to develop a culture aimed at total quality and continuous improvement.
