Overview This is a ministry-centered (religious) position. The Youth Ministries Coordinator will serve in a critical support role to the Corps Officers and a major leadership role within the East Cleveland Corps. They will be intimately and integrally involved in the ministry of Corps, including teaching, leading and preaching the Gospel Message. The Youth Ministries Coordinator should remain teachable and possess a passion to further the cause of Christ. The Youth Ministries Coordinator will be involved in Corps Administration, Youth Ministries, Outreach Ministries and Community Relations. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : As directed by the Corps Officers: Sunday Ministry • Plan, coordinate, and execute children’s Sunday school classes• Manage resources for Sunday School lessons and teachers• Provide & coordinate transportation for program participants as needed• Implement and execute use of at home materials for families• Encourage attendance growth of youth and families for Sunday mornings• Participate in Holiness meeting as assigned• Lead, teach, and coordinate weekly Children’s Church Weekday Ministry • Provide & coordinate transportation for program p...
