Job description

The Commercial Manager, Personal Loans AU/NZ is responsible for driving sustainable growth and profitability of the Personal Loans business. This role operates as a key member of the Product and Commercial team, and sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution translating data-driven insights into commercial outcomes across pricing, product, distribution, and performance management. The role partners closely with Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution to optimise growth while maintaining disciplined returns. This role is responsible for supporting and executing the product and portfolio strategy across Personal Loans and Motor Loans, with a focus on delivering sustainable revenue growth , strong customer outcomes and disciplined risk management. The role contributes across the end-to-end product lifecycle , including pricing, portfolio performance management, analysis, and continuous improvement.
