Shipping and Receiving Manager

Description The Shipping & Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics operations in support of aerospace manufacturing, MRO, and supply chain activities. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of materials, parts, and finished goods while meeting customer, regulatory, and quality standards (AS9100, FAA, etc.). The Manager leads shipping, receiving, and logistics personnel; enforces inventory control and documentation accuracy; and works cross functionally with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support on time delivery performance and operational efficiency. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
