Hear why Elyse is #TeamMusco: Essential Criteria: Education & Experience Requirements: - Two-year degree in Computer Science-related field or commensurate experience. - Experience with IT support in a team environment. - Knowledge of multiple OS platforms, including Windows, Unix and MacOS. - Knowledge of VMware or other virtualization technologies. - Knowledge of TCP/IP and other communication protocols. - Familiarity with web-based technologies. - Successful experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software. - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Standard procedures development - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset. - Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus. - Serves as part of on-call support schedule during non-working hours.
