This role will play a key part in shaping how PadSplit communicates with hosts, members, investors, policymakers, and the broader housing community. The right candidate knows how to break down complex ideas into clear, persuasive content that drives action and supports business growth. They take ownership of content initiatives and are always looking for ways to improve performance and expand reach. This person is naturally curious, uses data and audience insights to refine their approach, and continuously evolves their craft to deliver stronger results over time.
