You will lead challenging new product development initiatives using advanced engineering tools to drive innovative and robust engineering solutions. In this role, you will be a core member of the product development team, owning activities from early customer engagement through concept development, detailed design, validation, and production release. You will work closely with OEMs and Tier 1 customers to understand technical requirements, support RFQs, and translate needs into practical engineering solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, tooling, manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to ensure successful product industrialization and launch.
