Audubon is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in our Off-Site Office for a short-term field assignment supporting the construction of a large above-ground water storage facility in Converse County, Wyoming. This role is ideal for a seasoned field professional who can step in quickly and effectively manage on-site construction activities in a fast-paced environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site - Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and field teams - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies - Monitor project progress and maintain schedule adherence - Perform quality control oversight and inspections - Provide regular updates to project leadership - Identify and resolve field issues to maintain efficiency Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities: - All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
