We are looking for a talented individual to join our surgical sales team to grow the Alcon Surgical IOL portfolio in your region. Responsibilities: As an IOL Manager – Surgical Sales you will be supporting surgical facilities, and you will be trusted to oversee the overall IOL portfolio, showcasing expertise in our products’ benefits and differentiating vs. competitive products by providing high technical consultancy in assigned accounts. You will work with Account Managers, Tender and Pricing teams to provide the right customer solutions. In this role, a typical day can include: -Driving total IOL revenue and market share in the territory -Accelerating PCIOL (Presbyopia Correcting IOLs) penetration -Facilitating the Accelerator program in selected accounts -Managing tender requirements working with internal teams -Working with Customer Opera...
