Description Job Description: The HVAC Field Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners. The HVAC Field Service Supervisor supervises employees and maintains a safe working environment compliant with government regulatory guidelines and RMC Safety systems on multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires travel. Requirements: Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) · Assist with training/supervising field service/startup technicians. · Build and teach training courses for field service/startup technicians. · Build site specific equipment checklist for startup/controls configuration. · Provide onsite and remote technical support for startup technicians. · Assist in identifying weak and strong points with field startup technicians. · Maintain consistent contact with Startup Manager to be aware at all times of expected completion dates and job status. · Travel to jobsites and perform quality checks on equipment startup. · Identify problems that need to be corrected. · Keep up to date with all RMC Policy and Procedures, indu...
