WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Shift Supervisor is a non-exempt position responsible for overseeing all direct care staff, certifying that staff is completing assignments according to the program's policies and procedures. Supervisor Responsibilities: Provide task supervision to all Direct Care Coordinators on the 12 am - 8 am shifts Additional Duties and Responsibilities: - Work alongside Direct Care Coordinators in managing behavior for the children - Serve as a positive role model to the children and provide crisis intervention - Work alongside the Assistant Program Director in identifying, developing, and coordinating outdoor activities and field trips daily (coordination includes all logistics, timelines, van availability, payments for entrance fees, deposits for venues, and assessments for any safety and liability considerations) - Make sure 15- and 30-minute checks are being done to ensure the safety of each child in the shelter’s care - Attend meetings...
