Overview Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Design Manager III to support the Facilities/Aviation/Transportation Sector. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop business cases for potential initiatives. Must bring over 15 years of experience managing complex building and infrastructure designs, with a strong background in aviation projects. Hold a degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Professional licensure is preferred. Responsibilities: - Manage a multi-disciplined team of planners, architects, engineers, and other professionals to guide the planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and activation of various airport capital improvement projects - Develop and present preliminary design alternatives and comparative analysis to address requests and/or concerns from LAWA leadership and/or project stakeholders throughout the planning & design process - Review planning & design submittals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to the applicable project requirements, and provide meaningful & constructive feedback to the planning & design team.
