This Experience is an individualized and comprehensive training program encompassing classroom and clinical time designed to prepare you for a career in the hospital setting. You'll be given the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge through medical experiences with a designated preceptor who will support you as you transition into your new role. Our nurse educators will work with you every day to foster your technical, critical thinking, and communication skills so you can fulfill PMC's mission of providing healing experiences for everyone all the time®.
