Manager Physician Outreach & Marketing 260000SB Description The Physician Outreach and Marketing Manager will manage the provider relations function for Children's National to include oversight and management of the provider relations staff (including strategic planning, goal setting and implantation of tactics to increase referrals). Will conduct analysis of market and referral data, conduct referring physician research to understand dynamics of referral and to inform physician outreach to strategically address market conditions. Will oversee physician marketing communication efforts to align strategic marketing plans with liaison activity and referring physician needs. Aligns with the Director, Contact Center as well as the PR&M team to ensure that referring clinicians and organizations are maximally supported with appropriate information and troubleshooting tools. Ensures that all innovations and changes to program offerings at CNH are conveyed through the Provider Relations team through physical visits, e-communications and hard-copy resources.
