About the Team The Sensors Division at STR develops advanced sensor technologies across airborne and surface-based radar, electronic warfare, underwater acoustics, hyperspectral imaging, and EO/IR systems. Work spans from component-level technology development through integrated prototype systems. Core capabilities include RF hardware, signal processing, tracking and fusion, machine learning, and real-time embedded implementation. The Role: As a Lead Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Engineer, you will lead teams working a portfolio of projects focused on advanced modelling and simulation (M&S) capabilities, including RF system development, capability implementation, and integration of emerging capabilities into M&S environments. A particular growth area is the development of real-time M&S capabilities paired with hardware-in-the-loop simulation in support of operational test and evaluation efforts. This position requires skills in performing and leading multi-disciplinary teams designing and analyzing complex systems and representing them in simulation.
